Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE UK delivery (including Channel Islands) on all orders over £10.00. Orders totalling under £10.00 cost just 75p for delivery. Items usually arrive through your letterbox within 3-7 working days from the date of posting (Please allow up to 21 days for delivery - but in most circumstances it will be with you a lot sooner!). Next Working Day Delivery is applicable for orders that are placed before 12.00pm on the day of purchase.

Currently we only deliver to the UK through our website.  If you are from Europe you can purchase though our Amazon web store - if you are from outside of Europe please email cservices@montagnejeunesse.com and we will be happy to help you.

Refund Policy

Everyone at Montagne Jeunesse wants you to be delighted every time you shop online with us, however, we understand that occasionally you may want to return items.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If you cancel your order your payment will be returned to you. To cancel your purchase, please contact our Customer Services on either:

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened.

Please package the item(s) for return securely and send it to us at the address given by Customers Services. We cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item(s). However, we will not refund the cost of delivery unless the item is returned to us due to an error on our part of if the item is defective.

I'm from outside of the UK, can I order through your website?

Presently we only deliver to UK addresses; however we do ship to Europe through our Amazon Web Store

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an order confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

 

What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?

If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order on our site, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

 

PayPal as a method of payment

How does it work? It is simple, on the payment page, select PayPal as your chosen payment method and when prompted login to your PayPal account, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. On confirming payment you will then be presented with your order confirmation page on our site.

 

You will receive an email from us confirming your order along with a further email from PayPal confirming your payment.

 

I have a Voucher Code / Discount Code how do I redeem it?

If you have a valid code, just simply enter your code on our “My Bag” page which you can access by clicking “View” at the top of the page while you have added items to your bag.

How do I register a new account?

To register a new account, simply click the 'Login' link at the top of each page on the website, or click here to register now.

How do I log in to my account?

Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to our site at any time. Just click the Login link at the top of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you've forgotten your password, click here

Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as all of your addresses and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.

I’m a Vegetarian, can I use your products?

Absolutely, we are proud of the fact that our products that are vegetarian certified, not tested on animals. Many are suitable for vegans. So you know what you are getting - no chemicals and absolutely nothing nasty.
