used this in the morning before my shower and it was a good choice of day to use it as it totally woke up my senses and made me feel wide awake and revitalised, was very refreshing and a great pick-me-up. my skin felt light and smooth and tighter with less lines, it made me feel like i had spent the morning in a spa, great value for money and will be buying again next week, big huge thumbs up from me..
