been using this cream for about 2 weeks now and i can confirm that it does what it says, "lighten dark patches". i ordered two packs and emptied them in a little jar. a little goes a long way, i still have quite a good amount left. i will be ordering more of this!

This is a really lovely cream, it says to apply nightly but I apply it in the morning too just under my make-up. Definitely makes my skin radiant,. Not to sure about the "whitening" effect, but it definitely has made my skin brighter only after a few days use.
